• Check out the wedding reception venue •
Making sure everything is in order at the wedding reception venue will be one of your main tasks before the reception gets underway.
In addition to checking out the wedding reception venue on the day of the wedding, you would be wise to check out the reception venue and meet with the facility coordinator a week or two before the reception takes place.
On the wedding day, you’ll talk with the facility co-ordinator, the caterers, the dj or band, the videographer, the photographer, and any other key people who are involved in making the wedding reception run smoothly to create a day the bride and groom will remember for years to come.
You’ll also check out the lighting, seating arrangements, sound system, bar, and other facilities available for the wedding guests.
